万金油句式问询及答复生日 When is/are sb.’s birthday(s)? 来问询别人的生日。答复时用sb.’s birthday(s) is/are (on/in) …或用句型：It’s (on/in) …

例如：

—— When is your birthday? 你的生日是啥时分？

——My birthday /It’s is on August 10th. 我的生日是8月十日。

——When is Jane’s birthday? 简的生日是啥时分？

—— Her birthday /It’s is on January 12th. 她的生日是一月十二日。

—— When are their birthdays? 他们的生日是啥时分？（复数用are）

—— Their birthdays are on May 2nd and June 5th. 他们的生日是五月二日和六月五日。

  1. When is your birthday? when是疑问副词，意为“啥时分；何时”，常见规划为 “When + be/助动词 +主语(+其他)?” 用来问询时刻，既可问询某个时段或时刻，也可问询具体的日期。

    例如：—— When is the football match? 足球竞赛在啥时分？

—— It’s on September 15th. 在九月15号。

—— When do you watch TV? 你啥时分看电视？

——At eight o’clock. 在8点钟。

2. My birthday is on May 2nd. May 2nd（5月2日）是日期的表达法。表达具体日期一般为“月份 + 序数词”，月份为专有名词，首字母有必要大写、书写时日期可所以序数词，也可所以基数词。

例如：6月8日 June 8th 或 June 8 ， 8月3日 August 3rd 或 August 3

3.英语中标明具体年、月、日的方法一般有两种：“月 + 日 + 年”或“日 + 月 + 年”。年份要用逗号离隔。

如：2014年9月9日可表达为： September 9th, 2014 ，9th September, 2014

4. It’s on January 5th.

1) 月份后有具体的日期时，前面的介词用on；若只需年、月就用介词in。

例如：on May 22nd 在5月22日



in October 在10月

in 2012 在2012年

2) 该句中的it用来代指时刻。

例如： It’s August 1st today. 今日是8月1日。

It’s six o’clock now. 如今是6点钟。

5. Happy birthday! 生日高兴！ 句中的happy用于表达祝福。答复时一般用 Thank you!。

例如：—— Happy Teachers’ Day! 教师节高兴！

——Thank you. 谢谢。

6. happy还可以用作描述词，意为“高兴的，开心的” 恰当于glad。

例如：She has a happy party. 她度过了一个开心的集会。

1. 介词 at 意为 “在……”，在本句中标明 At three this afternoon. 时刻，这今后一般跟标明钟点的词。

例如：at 6:00 在6点 at 7:15 在7点15分

at 常用于时刻前或一些固定的习气 用语中。

例如：at 9:00 在9点

2.介词in用在月份、时节、年份等前面，也可以标明“在早上、鄙人午、在晚衫淠

例如：in May 在五月 in 2014 在2014年

in the morning/afternoon/evening 在早上/下午/晚上

3.on 用在日期、星期几、节日前，也可用来标明具体某一天的上午、下午或晚上。

例如：on November 1st .在11月1日 . on Children’s Day. 在儿童节

on Tuesday evening. 在周二晚上
